The ultra-low-power AD chip with Arm Cortex® M0+ core supports 64MHz main frequency, provides a maximum of 256KB Flash ROM, supports 60 GPIOs and a wide operating voltage of 2.5V-5.5V.

The ultra-low-power CMS32F159xx features a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ RISC core capable of operating at frequencies up to 64 MHz, along with high-speed embedded flash memory (32 KB SRAM and up to 256 KB of program/data flash). It integrates various standard interfaces, such as I2C, UART, and LIN, as well as a 12-bit A/D converter. The 12-bit A/D converter enables the acquisition of external sensor signals, thereby reducing system design costs. The device also incorporates multiple timer modules.

The CMS32F159xx offers excellent low-power performance, supporting both sleep and deep-sleep modes for design flexibility. Additionally, the integrated event linkage controller enables direct connections between hardware modules without CPU intervention; this results in faster response times compared to interrupt-based methods, reduces CPU activity, and extends battery life.
